Because our products are handmade and many are personalized, all sales are final.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at tinybookheavenpr@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Personalized Items

Personalized and custom-made items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless there is an error on our part.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled.
